We will refund any item that was damaged in transit providing that the item is returned within 30 days of
purchase.

We have a no refund policy on products and services. We can offer a credit on returned products provided the goods are returned within 30 days of purchase in good condition with proof of purchase.
Fees and Charges
For all credit card purchases, a fee of 3% of the total purchase is charged by Stripe a global payment system. For Internet banking purchases no additional fee is charged. In New Zealand goods and services tax is applicable to all products and services. This government tax is 15% of a purchase.
